Contact us and submit your sourcing request with detailed information about the products you need. Providing product photos, sizes, or links helps us source more efficiently. You can also forward the request directly to us. For any other inquiries, please also contact us, and we will respond promptly.
After receiving your product specifications, our team will work with our network of factories to prepare a quotation. We aim to provide a price list within 3 business days once we have all the necessary product details.
If needed, we can send you samples for inspection. You will need to cover the sample fees and shipping costs. Depending on your order, custom design approval may be required before we proceed with sample making and production.
Once you are satisfied with the quote and design, a deposit or full payment is required to start your order, depending on the quantity ordered.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will inform the factories to start production after we receive your deposit or full payment. The production timeline varies based on the specific requirements and complexity of the order.
We conduct a thorough quality control check once the goods are completed. We will send you detailed pictures and descriptions of the goods, packaging, and labels for your confirmation. We will inspect the goods and provide a comprehensive report.
After you approve the production results, the balance payment is required before we can ship your order.
Once everything is confirmed, we can help arrange cargo booking, or you can handle the booking yourself. Orders are shipped via sea or air cargo, based on your preference.
